WOMEN'S EMPOWERMENT

Women’s vocational skills, basic education, skill work readiness sessions, and self-worth readiness sessions. Empowerment program for women beneficiaries from low-income communities in rural areas. As a part of the training programs sessions, we focus on skill-building training programs, self-worth, and exposure sessions. The skill-building sessions focus on training participants’ work readiness, while the self-worth sessions explore awareness building, and the exposure sessions aim to increase their knowledge of the world beyond their homes.
Our Beneficiary women are in the age group 25 to 40 years, young women category 15 to 28 year age group are students.

Healthcare facilities are a common problem in rural areas. Enhancing access to healthcare services, such as nutrition, sanitation, and maternity and child health, is the goal of development programs.

CLEANLINESS OF SURROUNDINGS

In Rural Areas and Urban Areas, cleanliness of surroundings has been greater priority by G.G.T. Activities such as drinking water, chlorination, plant cultivation, clearing of sewage drains, setting up drinking water wells, establishing garbage bins, and digging pits are undertaken by the organization.

After the COVID, cleanliness of surroundings and personal hygiene are given high priority. Providing hand wash and sanitation facilities.

Support To Farmers

AGRICULTURAL SECTOR

The agricultural sector has significant importance in rural areas. This agricultural sector currently relies on machinery. The use of machinery has become a financial burden for farmers. Considering the financial difficulties faced by small-scale farmers, it is proposed to provide some assistance to them. Without providing financial assistance directly, an agreement will be established regarding the machinery owners used machinery by farmers. The organization will provide subsidies (20-25%) to the farmers as per agreement to the machinery owner. The goal of the G.G.T. organization is to provide some encouragement to farmers, even if not in full measure.
